Delegate Fees: $585 USD

Delegate fees cover the following:

1. Official Monarch Crown & Sash

2. Official Monarch rhinestone shirt

3. Swag bag

4. Cocktail orientation

5. Ticket to the MerMagic Con Gala

6. Event space rental and production fees.

​If you cannot attend the live crowning event for any reason and wish to roll your title over to the next year, you will receive $75 off your fees for the following year. Other than the $75 discount, one year's fees will not roll over to the next year.

Payment Plans

1. We will be offering payment plans again this year! You can choose from one of the following:

2. One (1) payment of $300, and one (1) payment of $285

3. Three (3) equal payments of $195

4. Five (5) equal payments of $117

Please note that your crown and sash will NOT be sent to you until your final payment has been made. Your initial payment will hold your chosen delegate title for up to 90 days. Payment will not be refundable after 30 days of purchase. All payment plans must be complete before March 15, 2026. All payments must be made through approved channels. Contact us for more info.

  • If you get four (4) friends to sign up and pay in full, your entry is free!

  • Your crown and sash, that is. If you have your crown and sash from a previous year and opt out of getting new ones, you'll save $30.​
